I tested this and works fine, If you want to test it -Process with below steps
Step 01:
Firs Go to The Website..

Step 02:
Then you can upload form like below picture Upload your password protected WinRAR file to it
Step 03:
Wait some seconds and You will redirect to new page there is message like this
Step 04:
Click on download link and Download your new RAR file
